About The Role

Our client  is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to start and lead a landmark project in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. This redevelopment will bring two new mixed-use towers out of the ground – combining residential, hospitality, and amenity spaces into one major build.

As Senior Superintendent, you’ll be steering the project from excavation to occupancy, working closely with the project team, consultants, partners and trades to keep the site moving safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.

In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to run the site day to day, while knowing you’ve got the backing and resources of a seasoned leadership team to keep you supported.
