Our client, an award-winning, leading Canadian builder, is seeking an Senior Estimator.

  • Researching material and equipment costs
  • Preparing bid sub trade solicitation
  • Assist in sub trade pricing specifications
  • Participation in bid closing

As the successful candidate for this position, you will bring:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction/engineering or an appropriate field
  • 8+years of estimating background with a general contractor are preferred,
  • Able to read and interpret basic building specifications and blueprints
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
