Our client, well-known locally owned construction company, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a full-time role in Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

3 to 5 years of experience preferably with a Construction Manager / General Contractor
An engineering degree, or a diploma in Building Technology from an institution like BCIT
Recent experience with multi-family (residential) and mixed-use projects
Estimating experience (would be an asset)
A very good understanding of local construction methods, materials, techniques and costing
An excellent knowledge and experience within the Lower Mainland construction industry
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills and proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Project
