Project Manager – Municipal / Critical Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of critical municipal infrastructure projects, including water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, bridges, and other essential public works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out and handover
• Maintain full accountability for project budgets, cost control, scheduling, and accurate monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders
• Organize and direct project teams to deliver high-quality work in line with specifications, contract requirements, and client expectations
• Drive collaboration, clear communication, and a supportive team environment while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a mid-size to large general contractor
• Demonstrated background delivering water, wastewater, bridge, or similar municipal/critical infrastructure projects
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered)
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to guiding teams from start to finish
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Confident self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites in BC as needed
